Wholesale Return & Refund Policy
At Little Alchemist LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit or manufacturing. Please review our guidelines for reporting damaged or defective merchandise.

1. Notification Period
All return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 14-day window will not be eligible for processing.

3. Required Evidence
To process your claim, we require photographic or video evidence of the defect. We strictly offer returns/credits for the following conditions:
  • Loose Bags: Compromised or unsealed packaging.
  • Quality Issues: Presence of mold on noodles.
  • Structural Damage: Excessively broken or crushed noodles.

Note: Please do not discard the damaged product until your claim has been officially approved, as we may require additional photos or a physical return.

4. Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we offer the following resolution methods:

For Retail Customers For Wholesale Vendors
Cash Refund: Original payment method. Credit Note: Applied to your next invoice.
Store Coupon: Discount for future purchases.

5. Shipping & Handling
  • If a physical return is required for defective goods, Little Alchemist LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Credits or refunds will be issued within 5 business days of claim approval.
