Shipping Policy:
- Lost Shipments: If a package never arrives, you must file an official claim with the carrier first. Simultaneously, you are required to file a return claim with us to initiate our internal tracking and resolution process.
- Late Deliveries: If a shipment arrives after the expected date, please conduct a thorough inspection immediately. Check for any product damage or quality issues (such as mold or broken noodles) that may have occurred during the extended transit time.
- Delivery Liability: We take full responsibility for preparing and dispatching your order; however, we are not responsible for on-time delivery once the package leaves our facility. Delivery timelines are managed solely by the carrier.
