- Boil your broth — chicken stock, pork bone broth, or a spoon of bouillon in water.
- Add the fresh noodles straight from the pack. Simmer 5–7 minutes, stirring once or twice.
- The broth thickens and turns glossy on its own. Top with chicken, herbs and fried garlic. Eat right away.
How long do fresh Khao Piak noodles last?
Keep refrigerated. Vacuum-sealed packs stay fresh up to three months unopened. Once opened, cook within a few days.
How does it stay cold in transit?
Every order goes out in a thermal liner — a lined box or a thermal mailer, depending on how much you order. It holds for about three days in transit, so it should reach you cool to the touch, not frozen. Refrigerate it as soon as it lands.

No — this is fresh Khao Piak noodles only, no broth or seasoning packet. Use whatever broth you like; even simple chicken bouillon turns rich and silky as the tapioca in the noodles cooks out.
